Shipping & Delivery
Once an order has been made, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Our customer service department will process the order within 3 working days after receiving payment for the order.
A tracking url will be emailed to you for tracking the order location.
Shipping charges are based on the weight and destination of your items.

RoseOfAsia.com respects your privacy and the information which you have provided will only be used to fulfill your order(s) and to inform you of any changes. We may also send you email newsletter to update you about our products, promotions and other highlights about RoseOfAsia.com or NewUrbanMale.com.

Returns, Replacements and Refund Policy
At RoseOfAsia.com, we are committed in providing you only premium quality products. However, in the case of any faulty or wrong items being sent to you, we would be glad to do an exchange.
Please email us at order@roseofasia.com with your confirmation email which stated the product that you have ordered within 7 days upon receipt of the items. Our customer service department will process your request within 7 working days.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not reach us within the stipulated timeframe.
Shipping costs incurred during the exchange are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. All returned items must be returned in original, unused and saleable condition with the original packing materials. Full or partial refunds will be given at the discretion of the company management.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer exchange on swimwear that have been worn, soiled, altered or washed. Original price tags and hygenic liner must be intact to be eligible for an exchange. Please inspect your purchases as soon as it arrives as damage claims must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. If there is any damage or defect to your item, please notify us immediately.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Prices stated on RoseOfAsia.com are in Singapore currency and we accept payment only in Singapore currency.
RoseOfAsia.com accepts the following modes of payment:
 
- Funds Transfers via Internet Banking or Telegraphic Transfer:
You can transfer the fund to the bank account stated when you select the Fund Transfer payment mode during checkout. A confirmation email together with the shipping information will be sent to you once we have received the payment within the timeframe stated during your order checkout. Please indicate the order id during the fund transfer to enable us to track and sent the order to you as soon as possible.

- Credit Card / Debit Card:
We accept credit card and debit card via Worldpay Payment Gateway. A confirmation email together with the shipping information will be sent to you once the payment is received.

Promotions: There will be occasions when you may receive a promotional code from us. This code lets us know which special offer should be applied to your order. Please see the legal details for the promotional code that you are using for any specific limitations. Please note that promotional code cannot be combined.

You can see the item(s) in your shopping cart at any time during the order process by selecting view cart. s by selecting view cart.
Following completion of your order, please log in and view your account to follow the processing of your order.
